Vegetarian Meal

VEGETARIAN

Roasted Asparagus with Gremolata
>> Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
>> Combine 2 teaspoons parsley,
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese and
1/4 teaspoon lemon peel in small bowl;
set aside.

>> Toss 3/4 lb asparagus, 2 large shallots and 1 tablespoon RED SOSS in a 13" x 9" roasting pan.
>> Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
>> Arrange asparagus mixture on serving platter, then top with cheese mixture.

Season with SOSS SPICE.

Vegetarian Korma
>> Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
in a skillet over medium heat.

>> Stir in a diced onion, and cook until tender.
>> Mix in a teaspoon of minced ginger and
4 cloves minced garlic, and continue cooking for 1 minute.

>> Mix 2 cubed potatoes, 4 cubed carrots,
​and 2 cups 
THAT CURRY SAUCE.
>> Cook and stir for 10 minutes, or until
​the potatoes are tender.

>> Stir in a cup of green peas, 1 chopped green and red bell pepper, and a cup of heavy cream into the skillet.
>> Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro to serve.

European Meal

EUROPEAN

>> Remove the core from one head of cabbage. Put the cabbage in boiling water
and remove the leaves as they soften.

>> Sauté 1 coarsely chopped onion and garlic clove in 2 tablespoons of butter until brown.

>> In a bowl add the onion mix, 1 lb of ground beef, 1/2 lb of ground pork (or veal), 2 cups of cooked rice, 2 eggs, and salt and pepper, and
mix well.

>> Place 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture
​in the center of each cabbage leaf and roll inward, then roll sides in and continue to roll.

>> Place the rolls in a large pot and pour
2 cups of RED SOSS or SWEET SOSS or 
​
HOT SOSS (depending on your spice tolerance) over the rolls.

>> Simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours.

Your Perfectly Spiced Dinner
This simple recipe turns your dinner dishes into gourmet meals.

>> Combine 1 tablespoon each of olive oil,  SOSS SPICE, and lemon juice and mix into a paste.
>> Liberally brush on to chicken breasts / thighs / wings / fillets of fish / pork, lamb, and veal chops.
>> Place in the oven at 350 degrees for
30 minutes or until golden brown.

Magic Pretzel
>> Use THAT MUSTARD SAUCE as a spread and dipping sauce on pretzels of all types.

Creamy Ranch Dressing (in 2 mins.)
>> In a small bowl, whisk together a dollop
of mayonnaise (one heaping tablespoon),
2 tablespoons of THAT BAR-B-Q SAUCE,
​and 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar or white distilled vinegar.


Creamy Cottage Dressing (in 2 mins.)
>> In a small bowl, whisk together a dollop
​of mayonnaise (1 heaping tablespoon),
​2 tablespoons of THAT MUSTARD SAUCE, and 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar or white distilled vinegar.


Shrimp Cocktail
>> Combine 1 cup of RED SOSS or SWEET SOSS or HOT SOSS (depending on your spice tolerance) and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for every 6 jumbo shrimp.
