Here's the story about the 'Lonely Meatball'. What to do? What to do with a Lonely Meatball? In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, finely chop up an onion, break apart the meatball, chop up a jalapeño pepper, a hot lemon pepper, and a Serrano pepper, add 2 tablespoons of RED SOSS and bread crumbs, a pinch of cumin, salt, and pepper.
