Leave it to my beloved Cherish to provide us all with something nice and warm for our tummies on this cold Canadian night, her Spicy Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup does just the trick featuring our HOT SOSS!
Ingredients:
===========
2 cups of water 
1/2 cup tomato, chopped 
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced 
1 stalk lemongrass, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 
4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
7 tbsp. lime juice 
2 tbsp. red chili peppers, freshly ground
5 kaffir lime leaves
4 tbsp. HOT SOSS

Process:
=======
>> Pour water into medium saucepan and place over high heat on stove; bring to boil and add kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass; cook for 2 minutes.

>> Reduce to low heat, add apple cider vinegar, lime juice, fresh 
ground red chili, and HOT SOSS.

>> Add tomatoes, celery, onions, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms; cook for several minutes. Turn heat to high, do not stir.

>> When the vegetables are cooked, continue to cook for 2 minutes more.

>> Good to serve with hot rice.
