Diana Belchuk says that her vegan creations have become much more tastier since discovering SOSS products! Here, she shares a recipe for her daily BVS (Breakfast Veggie Scramble) featuring RED SOSS; although, she says that SWEET SOSS is also a wonderful addition to the recipe.

1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers and onions
1/2 cup RED SOSS
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Dash of black pepper
>> In a lightly oiled sauté pan, add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onions. Sauté for a few minutes until things begin to brown. Then add the chickpeas, RED SOSS, chickpea flour, 1/4 cup of water, and the spices.
>> Cover the pan and let cook for 10 minutes. Once things look like they are coming together, mash up the mixture to create a scrambled texture. Turn the heat off and let sit covered in the pan for 5 minutes.
>> Take a spatula and move the scramble to your plate.
